3 Simple Steps to a Healthy Work Life Balance
- Prioritize relationships- both family and friendships. When we get to the end of our life, we never lament that we spent too much time with our loved ones. Plan evenings at home to have dinner with your family on a regular basis. Make sure to have time each day to catch up with each family member.
- Disconnect from devices. Choose on purpose to put your devices in another room when you are engaged in personal activities. Don’t allow your devices to run your life.
- Get enough sleep. Sleep will do both your mind and body well. Try to go to bed around the same time every night. Do not engage in activities at night that will stimulate your brain to stay awake.
